Join us for a hands-on day of workshops, laughs, beats and Arab arts and culture at World Museum Liverpool.

Throughout the years, Liverpool Arab Arts Festival has partnered with National Museums Liverpool and World Museum Liverpool to deliver fantastic events celebrating Arab arts and culture.

For our 25th anniversary, we are so pleased to be back at World Museum for a programme of workshops and opportunities to get involved.

10:15 – 11;45am: Yalla Neحky: Interactive Storytelling with Hadi Badi for children aged 4-8 years – Free, pre-booking required.

12 – 4pm: Henna Hands family workshop with Layla Gibiliru – Free, drop-in. For ages +5.

12 – 12:45pm: Dabke for families with Fares Farraj – suitable for children over +5 years. Free, booking required (under 12’s free)

1 – 2:30pm: Comedy workshop with Esther Manito. For ages +18, Free, booking required.

1:30 – 2:15pm: Dabke for adults beginners with Fares Farraj. For ages +18. Free, booking required. 

2 – 4pm: MENA Beats taster session – DJ workshop. For ages 12-25, Free, booking required.

3 – 3:45pm: Dabke for adults intermediate with Fares Farraj. For ages +18. Free, booking required.

These events are free, but we encourage donations to support our future family and participation activities.
